Welcome Evaluation

Hello and welcome to my office for Integrated Physical Therapy. My name is Jerzy Tworek, and I am the owner, president, and directing therapist. I look forward to providing you with easy, pain-free healing, in a relaxed environment. Upon entering, you may sit briefly in our waiting area, then enter one of two healing rooms or the exercise area. During your first appointment, I will assess areas of your body that are in need of healing, and create a plan for you to feel better. I will make recommendations for steps to take, and you will choose what suits you. If you have an open mind and willingness to heal, it’s only a matter of time until you feel better. Treatment Session

Based on the treatment plan, treatment sessions may include, but are not limited to manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities including laser, light therapy, Termostim, electrotherapy, US, infrared, kinesio-taping, orthotics, and other modalities as needed.

Custom, home-exercise program

Jerzy creates a personal, customized home exercise program with equipment and fun exercises—you’ve got to see it to believe it! Strengthen essential muscle groups, correct mechanics, improve flexibility, and balance.

Wellness Program

When the patient is discharged from the therapy, there is an opportunity to have a session to create a program to maintain and optimize proper alignments of the joints, eliminate sites of inflammation, correct minor trauma after workouts, stress relief, etc.  Recommendations may include but are not limited to the following:

• Whole Body Vibration sessions using Turbosonic

• Deep Infrared sessions on Biomat (Amethyst heated crystals, with temperature level regulation)

• Basic nutrition recommendations for prevention of injuries

Ascension Support

Practitioners and healers need support in their own healing and personal growth. Jerzy is a trusted companion who provides non-partisan, unconditional support and care, maximizing ojas and integrating tranquility in all bodily systems.

*The fee for a welcome evaluation or one-hour therapy session is $180. We accept checks, cash, credit cards Visa, Master Cards, Discover, Debit cards and add a 3% processing fee to each credit card transaction.
